Cassel Moschetto is an Art Director, natural leader and protector of design, its importance, and its creators. After completing his graphic design education, he started working as a designer in his home city of Washington DC in 2007. In 2012 while keeping his former employer as a client, he moved his life to Finland. Over the next 7 years he grew a small agency that served dozens of clients internationally.

In 2020, he wanted to focus his efforts with a company or client that would allow him to make a difference. That is when he decided to join the Aiven team as it’s 51st employee. Being the marketing departments only designer meant that he took the wheel to steer both production and strategic direction. Influencing processes for project management and content workflows. Later as the mentor and design leader of 6 creatives, he negotiated for dedicated project managers and initiatives to increase efficiency and decrease needless pressure on our design and writing staff.

Cassel is seeking new opportunities to lead designers and companies to reach their full potential with good branding, good instincts and the best industry practices.
